Refund Policy for Design Services

Because BOLAD provides digital design and branding services, refunds are handled differently from physical product returns. Before any project begins, we confirm the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms with the client.

If you need to request a refund, contact us at info@bolad.ltd and include your project name, payment reference, and the reason for the request. Refund eligibility depends on the project stage, the work already completed, and whether any design files, strategy documents, or other digital deliverables have already been shared.

Once creative work has started, partial refunds may apply only to work that has not yet been produced. Completed, approved, or delivered digital work is generally non-refundable.
