Orders may be canceled within a limited time after placement and only before they are processed or shipped.
If you need to cancel or request a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bolad.ltd and include your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method through the payment provider.
